The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP), and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) develop and administer regulations to protect the environment, sensitive resources and species during the design, planning, and installation of oil and gas facilities in Pennsylvania. Recently, there have been numerous updates to the regulations and permits that govern stream and wetland protections and industry development.

Join oil and gas industry stakeholders to obtain an overview of the new requirements and initiatives from the USACE, PA DEP, and USFWS related to industry development. In addition, MSC member subject matter experts will provide their perspectives and lessons learned.
