Canonsburg, PA – Today, the Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission released its final report of recommendations. Ray Walker, Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC) chairman and senior vice president of Range Resources, was the coalition’s representative on the commission. Several other MSC member company representatives also served on the commission.
