Am I able to register others in my company?
Yes, however, each registrant must have a unique company email address.
Take advantage of the group discount rate if you are registering four or more attendees. Please refer to the FAQ “Do I qualify for a discounted rate?” for additional details.
Do I qualify for a discounted rate?
Academic rate applies to a faculty member or employee of an institution of higher learning. A valid university photo ID will be required on-site at the time of registration.
Academic Student rate applies to students that attend an institution of higher learning. A valid university photo ID will be required on-site at the time of registration.
Government rate applies to any official local, state, federal or national government employee. A valid government photo ID will be required on-site at the time of registration.
Non-profit rate applies to employees of non-profit organizations. A valid photo ID and company business card will be required on-site at the time of registration. Additional documentation may be requested.
Group rate applies to four (4) or more attendees from the same company, who register in one transaction. Group discounts cannot be applied to existing discounted rates (academic, government and non-profit).
What is the policy and procedure for registration cancellations or substitutions?

Do I need to be registered for the conference in order to reserve my hotel room?
Conference registration and hotel reservations can be made separately, however, conference registration must be completed prior to September 6, 2024 or hotel reservations will be released.
How do I make hotel reservations through the official SHALE INSIGHT® 2024 housing link?

Am I able to register for the conference on-site?
On-site registration is at the sole discretion and determination of the Marcellus Shale Coalition and will be based on availability. A valid photo ID and company business card is required.
Are cameras and/or recording devices allowed?

Is there an age requirement for SHALE INSIGHT® 2024?
There is no age requirement for the Conference.
