“The court’s lifting of President Biden’s LNG permit ban comes alongside a bipartisan chorus of voices speaking out against the administration’s ill-advised policy, and we call on the Department of Energy to begin processing all pending permit applications immediately. We applaud this decision, given LNG’s essential role in ensuring global energy security and environmental progress while delivering direct economic benefits across Pennsylvania.”
