Like all businesses and industries regulated by state agencies, we have a working relationship with those who govern the natural gas industry. This was true under Governor Rendell’s tenure and remains the case with the current administration.
On the federal level, the Marcellus Shale Coalition has offered insight and testimony to agencies within the Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency in addition to working with Members of Congress from both parties and the White House on a number of topics associated with responsible natural gas development.
