New Jersey recently prohibited treatment and disposal of fracking wastes: Are similar restrictions likely in NY, DEL, MD? What are current regulations in PA and how are they likely to change?

While New Jersey has passed restrictions related to treating flowback and produced water associated with shale development, we cannot speculate as to whether other states may pursue similar action.
