For people who jump onto (or want to) the natural gas ‘bandwagon’, how long will it take for them to be significantly and directly affected (neg vs. pos)?

On or off the bandwagon, every Pennsylvanian is currently benefiting from Marcellus Shale natural gas development in a number of ways. Whether it’s through more affordable utility bills, the $1.8 billion in state tax revenue or the more than $400 million in impact fees generated for local communities and state agencies, Pennsylvanians are seeing the financial benefits in a multitude of ways.
